Merging Accounts

If you want to merge your current guest/email/phone number account to a Facebook profile, there are a few easy steps to follow:

 

Make sure that the profile you want to use has never been used to access Bingo Blitz before;

When you access the game through Facebook, a new profile will be created, and a new User ID will be linked to it.

This means that connecting your current account to that profile will only get you to the one already created, which has no or very little progress.

No worries! If that happens, you can simply log out from that account, and then log back in using your old username and password.

 

Connecting your account to Facebook:

To connect your account to a Facebook profile there are two options:

Go to Main Menu >>> scroll down and select the “Connect” option >>> choose “Connect to Facebook”

 

Go to Main Menu >>> access Inventory >>> select the “Connect option” >> choose “Connect to Facebook”

 

*The same steps can be applied to connecting a Guest account, to an email address/phone number.

 

Merging two or more accounts’ progress

 

This option is not currently available in the game. As every account is different, they can not be merged into one.

However, if you find yourself stuck in a sticky situation and can not access the old account anymore, there is the option to transfer the progress from one to another.

 

There are 3 types of transfers available:

1.       Guest account to Guest account

2.       Guest account to Facebook account

3.       Facebook account to Facebook account
